Starting your first project

Manuals suck, so we would like to help you hit the ground running with a basic project.

First thing you should do is open a new project and give it a name.  Select all the the defaults for now, since they won’t matter at this point.  Once the project is created, you will need to add some tracks.  Click on Tracks>New then choose 4 audio mono tracks.  You can easily add and remove tracks at will, so don’t worry about how many you need to get started.

Once the tracks are in the main window, you will see that the inputs were automatically assigned.  You can connect your instruments accordingly and get rolling.

Simply, click the “R” button on the track to record, then, click the Record and Play. Off you go!
